Introductory to Vibecoding for Designers provides educational programs, workshops, and digital resources related to design, product development, and technology.
Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you agree that Introductory to Vibecoding for Designers may contact you regarding your enrollment, billing, or course updates. SMS messages may include reminders, billing notifications, or service updates. Message and data rates may apply.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Introductory to Vibecoding for Designers remain the intellectual property of Designing Digital Futures LLC unless otherwise stated.
- Course videos and recordings
- Slides, prompts, templates, and frameworks
- Written materials and documentation
- Design systems, interface concepts, and designs
- Code examples, scripts, and technical implementations
Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
Live Sessions and Recordings
Introductory to Vibecoding for Designers courses may include live sessions, workshops, group discussions, or presentations conducted via video conferencing or similar technologies.
These sessions may be recorded, stored, and shared with enrolled participants for educational purposes, including providing access to session replays or reference materials.
By participating in a course session, you acknowledge and consent that:
- your name, voice, image, screen, or participation may appear in session recordings
- recordings may be shared with other enrolled participants
- recordings may be stored for educational or archival purposes
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share course sessions or recordings without prior written permission from Designing Digital Futures LLC.
Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in:
- removal from the program
- termination of access to course materials
- restriction from future Introductory to Vibecoding for Designers programs.
Promotional Use of Recordings
Designing Digital Futures LLC may use limited excerpts of course recordings, participant feedback, or anonymized discussion content for educational, documentation, or promotional purposes.
Where reasonable, we will avoid displaying sensitive personal information without consent.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided 'as is'. Designing Digital Futures LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Payment Options
Payment in Full
Full payments are processed through Stripe at checkout.
Installment Payment Plans
Installment plans are invoiced by email on a monthly basis. Installment payments are final and non-refundable. Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of course access.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
Refund Window
Refunds are available until the halfway point of the course schedule. The specific refund deadline will be communicated on the course enrollment page.
After the Refund Deadline
Once the course passes its halfway point, all payments become final and refunds will no longer be issued.
Installment Plans
Purchases made using installment payment plans are not eligible for refunds. Participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
